About Neoresid

Neoresid Holding has been majority owned by the Kaufman and Broad group since the end of 2021.
Neoresid is the trading name of Neoresid Holding SAS.
Neoresid Holding becomes Kaufman's reference manager for student, coliving and hotel projects.

Kaufman is also developing, in partnership with Covivio, managed residences for seniors.

Neoresid Holding continues its strong growth through the acquisition of residences and the leasing of new residences.
We plan to open 10 residences with nearly 2,500 units over the next 5 years.

In June 2022, the Gagny residence (Paris region) was opened.
In 2023, we opened the Stains residence (in collaboration with Industreet).
The other openings will be made at a regular pace from 2025.

The head office of Neoresid Holding is now located within the head office of Kaufman et Broad at 17 Quai du Président Paul Doumer, in Courbevoie.
