Moving offer which allows, if you move into another of our residences, not to have to execute your notice month, and not to have to pay any file fees.
Cooptation offer: for any new tenant that you introduce to us, a reduction of 50 € will be applied to your current rent.
Our rentals include a provision for charges to cover common charges: water, electricity for common areas, cleaning of common areas, internet, etc.
Private charges (heating, hot water, electricity) can be individualized or included depending on the residence.
Neoresid is committed to a program to reduce energy costs through:
- Water savings (change of showers and aerators in all our apartments)
- Heating savings through a massive plan to change radiators and insulation plans by residence
- Electricity savings through the replacement of bulbs with LEDs, presence detector, etc.
